Welcome to 134pub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 134pub ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 134pub online gaming platform available at 134pub.cam, including all games, services, features, and content offered therein.

These Terms apply to all players of 134pub regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the platform. By accessing the 134pub platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein;

4. All information provided during Account registration is accurate, current, and complete;

To register and maintain a 134pub Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. 134pub conducts age verification during registration and may request documentary proof at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using 134pub is legal in your location at the time of access.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law. Persons under guardianship or those legally declared incapacitated are not eligible.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 134pub Account. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration

To use the 134pub platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. 134pub reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 134pub Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 134pub will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify 134pub support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your Account Security settings to add an additional layer of protection.

4.3 KYC Verification

134pub is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide copies of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a UMID, driver's license, passport, PhilHealth ID, or SSS ID), proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed to our satisfaction.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 134pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

134pub accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed on the Deposit page of the platform from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Currency: All transactions on 134pub are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account Balance.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their Account Settings as part of 134pub's responsible gaming framework. These limits, once set, cannot be increased immediately and are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own and that are obtained through legitimate, lawful means. Deposits using funds derived from illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

134pub does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your payment account must match the name on your 134pub Account. Mismatched payment details may result in deposit rejection and Account suspension pending KYC review.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your 134pub Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 Philippine Pesos per transaction.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements must be played through in full before the corresponding real-money funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds while a wagering requirement is incomplete will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus amount.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Processing Time: Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Current limits are displayed in your Account Settings. Higher-tier players may be eligible for increased limits upon request.

134pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests and may delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks. We will communicate the reasons for any delay to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

134pub offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion. 134pub reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its reasonable discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins winnings that are not used or wagered through within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: 134pub strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and colluding with other players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings and Bonus Funds.
• Modification: 134pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games available on the 134pub platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of gameplay, while these Terms prevail in respect of Account management, financial transactions, and platform conduct.

8.1 Random Number Generators

All 134pub casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by 134pub or any third party.

8.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games on 134pub are governed by the real-time actions of professional dealers. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, tiles) and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome recorded on the 134pub server at the time of disconnection shall be final.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or miscommunication, 134pub reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Payouts resulting from manifestly erroneous odds, clearly incorrect game states, or technical errors are not considered valid and may be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 134pub platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or obtaining access through deceptive means.
• Money Laundering: Using 134pub to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. 134pub is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, using bots or automated software to play, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one 134pub Account, or accessing the platform through another person's Account.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the 134pub platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for other players, without express written authorization from 134pub.
• Interference with Systems: Attempting to access, disrupt, or compromise 134pub's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game integrity through any means.
• Restricted Jurisdiction Access: Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period. The same cooling-off rules apply as for deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions and receive automatic notifications when your limit is reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 134pub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 134pub platform without express prior written consent from 134pub.

The 134pub name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 134pub. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under Philippine and international trademark law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 134pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the 134pub platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting access to the platform or the outcome of any game;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm arising from platform use;
• Actions taken by 134pub in good faith to comply with Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or anti-money laundering requirements;
• Decisions made by 134pub under these Terms, including Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, or voiding of bets in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 134pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 134pub Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

134pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Compliance with applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR direction, or court order;
• Reasonable suspicion of criminal activity associated with the Account.

Upon Account closure for cause, 134pub may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus activity. Real-money deposits that are not subject to any active investigation or legal hold will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC completion and applicable withdrawal procedures. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 134pub customer support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the 134pub platform, shall first be referred to 134pub customer support for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority. Players who have exhausted internal dispute resolution may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official channels.

Disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

134pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 134pub will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 134pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
